Listing review
We were in town for my daughter who is a student with Excelsior college and having her Nursing clinical at Ellis Hospital. We were traveling from S.C. and knew nothing about the area. We had reservations beginning the next day at another hotel 10 miles away. This hotel had booked over by one room we were lucky to get this one room. We cancelled our reservations at the other hotel because of how nice this hotel is. Everyone who is employed by this hotel knew how to assist in anyway and acted willing to help. The continental breakfast was more than we ever expected. The room was super clean and supplied well. We had no problems with the pillows there was actually a choice on the bed either soft or firm. The bedding was updated and clean. If we ever return to Albany, I can assure you that we will stay here. In addition, they give Excelsior students a nice discount. Thank You Holiday Inn Express for making our trip to Albany such a great experience.
